Estimate guidance for application audits of procurement workflow applications. Final fees follow a written scope.
Fees reflect application count, number of legal entities, sampling depth, and whether work is on-site in Seoul or distributed across regional plants. Figures below are starting points in Korean won (KRW), exclusive of VAT.

What moves the estimate
- Extra application modules beyond the core purchase-to-pay path
- Multiple company codes or shared-service centres
- Heavy sampling (for example, more than 80 purchase orders traced end-to-end)
- Bilingual Korean and English reporting packs
- Travel outside the Seoul metropolitan area
Payment rhythm
A 30% deposit holds the start date. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final brief or checklist. Deposits are subject to our refund terms.
What we do not sell
We do not offer monthly software subscriptions, seat licences, or packaged “tiers” that rename the same audit three ways. If your need is ongoing monitoring rather than a finite engagement, say so on the contact form and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
