This notice explains how Platform Wise (“we”) collects and uses personal information when you visit platformwise.digital or contact us about application audits of procurement workflow applications.

Information we collect

  • Contact form: name, email address, engagement of interest, optional scope note, and message content.
  • Communications: emails or call notes when you reach us directly.
  • Technical: essential cookies and, if you accept, limited analytics cookies as described in our cookie notice.

We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card data, or special-category personal data through this website.

We use contact details to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, and — where you become a client — to perform the engagement. Processing is based on steps prior to contract, contract performance, and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we rely on your choice in the cookie banner.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Client engagement files are retained for seven years after closure unless a longer period is required by Korean law or a signed agreement. Analytics data (if enabled) is retained according to the periods in the cookie table.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by Korean law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in South Korea. If a provider stores data outside Korea, we take steps consistent with applicable Korean data protection requirements, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@platformwise.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or another competent authority.

Children

This site is directed at business professionals and is not intended for children under 14.

We may update this notice by posting a revised version here with a new date.
