A timed examination of a new or upgraded procurement application before buyers start creating live orders.
Purpose
Before cutover, we walk the planned requisition-to-pay path in the new or upgraded application, flag missing approvals, broken match rules, and training gaps that would surface on day one.
Deliverable
A go / no-go style checklist with open risks, owners, and suggested fixes before launch. We do not replace your project manager; we pressure-test the application behaviour under realistic buying scenarios.
Timing
Best scheduled two to three weeks before the planned go-live. Rush slots within ten working days are available when calendars allow.
Pricing
From ₩4,800,000 for a single application instance. Multi-entity rollouts are quoted separately.
