These terms govern your use of the website at platformwise.digital and your engagement of Platform Wise for application audits of procurement workflow applications and related professional services. By using this site or commissioning our work, you accept these terms.

Website use

Content on this site is informational. It does not create a client relationship until both parties sign a written engagement letter or statement of work. You may not scrape, mirror, or misuse the site in a way that impairs its operation or misrepresents our services.

Engagements

Scope, fees, timelines, and confidentiality for any audit or review are defined in the engagement letter. If these website terms conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that matter.

Intellectual property

Reports, checklists, and methods we deliver remain our intellectual property until fees are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use the deliverables internally. You may not resell or republish our reports without written consent. Your pre-existing materials and application data remain yours.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Platform Wise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation (including cases of wilful misconduct).

We do not provide statutory audit opinions, legal advice, or certifications required by regulators unless expressly stated in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or this website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
